Zumba Sculpt [2.01 GiB]
After trying the Zumba Fitness Basic 20 Minute Exercise and the Zumba Fitness Cardio Party I moved onto the Zumba Sculpt and Tone DVD. I was keen to try out this Zumba DVD because I was able to use the green Maraca-Like Toning Sticks. The motto for Zumba is "Ditch The Workout, Join The Party"...and I have to say that I am really enjoying the Party! With the 3 DVD's that I have tried I prefer the Zumba Sculpt and Tone. Its easy to do, easy to keep up with the steps and a great way to work up a sweat. Amazingly you do not feel like you are working out, yet when I am finished I am really hot n sweaty. Here is why I love the Zumba Sculpt and Tone DVD..
