Combining Suhaila's format of belly dance and Jamila Salimpour's tribal format with the influence of Lebanese and Egyptian styles, this is a drum solo you can perform alone or with friends. Suhaila matches the drumbeat to syncopated upper body movements. Her advanced hip work combinations help you learn upper and lower body isolations, pelvic and body locks and other precise dance movements. At the end of the lesson Suhaila performs the entire choreography.
