10 Short Yoga Sequences with Sara Ivanhoe
Ten compact, results-targeted segments. It's perfect for anyone who only has a few minutes to focus on a single goal (or, who just wants a brief "taste" of ten different yoga styles). The moves are yoga classics like warrior, sphinx, chair, boat and cow, plus lots of sun salutations. A few segments also integrate traditional fitness exercises (e.g. "Core" has Pilates bicycles, "Firm" includes body-sculpting planks). Most other sections are familiar yoga poses chosen and sequenced to achieve a specific goal. They range from "Burn" and "Cleanse" to "Chill" and "Sleep." DVD also includes three longer premixes that combine two or three segments. Indian-style music and imagery (e.g. Hindu goddess statues). Comes in a small cardboard sleeve.
