La nueva versión incluye Thor, un sintetizador con 6 osciladores distintos y 4 tipos de filtros únicos, que es presentado como el sintetizador más poderoso creado hasta hoy. Este sintetizador viene con un secuenciador de estilo análogo que permite crear patterns antes del volcado al secuenciador principal del Reason.
También viene en este nuevo Reason el ReGroove Mixer, una consola de mezcla que permite aplicar variaciones de timming en tiempo real a la ejecución de los instrumentos con técnicas no destructivas, permitiendo aplicar diferentes seteos a más de 32 elementos simultaneos.
Por otro lado, trae incorporado el RPG-8, un arpegiador monofónico que permite crear fantásticas líneas melódicas y rítmicas mediante el uso de cuerdas.
El Reason 4 por supuesto puede cablearse y configurarse a gusto del usuario, y presenta un completo rediseño con muchas mejoras en el flujo de trabajo para otorgar a los músicos el control y la potencia necesarias para componer música con un gran sonido de forma más rápida y fácil que antes.

2 unpack to a folder
3 use a disc burning program to burn the cue file to dvd
4 insert dvd into your computer and install the program
5 use the serial provided in the post
6 do not do something like register it

For all of you who have Downloaded
this and Burned the .iso to DVD.
Once it Installs and the Reason Icon is on Your Desktop
"DO NOT" Remove the DVD "Click The Reason Icon On Your Desktop"
which will Install All the Neccessary Files;
It will Also Ask for the Serial (KEYGEN Included).
This Is Pretty Str8ght Forward and if You're a Newbie You'll Catch On.
this simply, open the .iso with a software as "deamon tools" ;
after it, launch the reason install, and all will be ok,
the serial number is into a rar file.

1= You've got your ISO hybrid image after unraring.
Don't double click on it or it will install only one virtual DVD.
Or double click on it , put Reason and the rest in the app folder, and then "eject" it.
2=Then open Toast and mount disk of the Iso image.
You'll then see on your dekstop 2 virtual DVD images.
3= Reason will see them as well.
By the way, here are the official

SOLUCION A CUANDO PIDE "REASON 4 DVD":
Hay que nombrar al DVD en el que te copias el programa con los archivos de la siguiente manera: "Reason 4"
Por defecto el Nero te nombra los DVD's como ", "New", por lo que a la hora de buscar el DVD después de la instalación del programa , el ordenador no lo encuentra.
1- Quema los archivos de REASON 4 en un CD y nombralo (LABEL) como "Reason 4"
2- Ejecuta el "Install Reason.exe"
3- No saques el DVD y Click al icono de Reason ya en tu disco duro, y ya ira todo sobre ruedas.
